Mexican Snacks




















These items can be served as snacks between meals or as appetizers with chips or crackers.
Specify with the cooks whether you like chile peppers added to your snacks

mild: xcatic or chile dulce
hot: jalapeƱos or seranos
lethal: habaneros


Pico de Gallo
finely chopped
Onions
Tomatoes
Chile Peppers
Lime Juice

Guacamole Dip
mashed avocados
lime juice
with optional
diced tomatoes & onion & chopped peppers


Tropical fruit Salsa
Pineapple & Mango in season

Habanero Salsa
a very spicy sauce of grilled peppers in lime juice

Quesadillas
Flour or Corn tortillas
melted Oaxaca cheese
optional tomatoes or jalapeƱo

Jicama 
marinated in chile salt & lime juice
